Piotr Michalak

Attorney at law, registered in the list of attorneys maintained by the District Bar Council in Poznań.

He specialises in material and procedural civil law, including family law and labour law. In addition, he has experience as a defence attorney and auxiliary prosecutor in criminal cases. He has gained experience in one of the largest law firms in Poland, being a member of the department for litigation, representing clients recognised on the market, including construction and infrastructure, industry, transport and communications, as well as the real estate sector and state administration.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University with a very good result. During his studies he was a multiple Rector of Adam Mickiewicz University scholarship holder for the best students of law and a member of the scientific circle dealing with private law and a co-founder of the scientific circle of civil law.

In our law firm, he represents clients from the automotive industry before courts and provides day-to-day services to them.
