Arkadiusz Kurasiewicz

Attorney-at-law entered as a legal adviser of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Poznań.

He specialises in commercial contracts, economic and commercial law and environmental protection law. He gained experience in conducting court proceedings, corporate advice in compensation cases, in the field of consumer law and personal data protection. His main interests are also issues connected to the effective protection of creditors. He provides current legal advice to, among others, the automotive industry and public sector entities.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and  scholar of Erasmus programme in Vilnius University.
