Aleksandra Rotnicka

Attorney-at-law, member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw.

She specialises in public procurement law, corporate law, defence regulations, European Union law regarding defence procurement and state aid. She has gained experience working in Ministry of National Defence, including being a National Expert in ad-hoc National Experts Group for Defence Procurement operating at the European Commission as well as Ministry of State Assets as chief of office for supervision of defence industry companies.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Łódź University. She completed her legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers Council in Warsaw. During her studies she participated in ERASMUS program in Paris X Nanterre University.

She has completed Defense Resources Management Course in Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey (CA) and Session Européenne des Responsables d’Armement in École Militaire in Paris.
