Specialist in international tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, specialising in commercial and tax law.

She has been working in the legal sector for 15 years. She gained her rich and diverse experience, working in leading companies, in particular in the tax advisory company Grant Thornton in Poznań (5.5 years), in Warsaw (one year for KPMG TAX) and almost 7 years in Ernst&Young Doradztwo Podatkowe, holding senior and managerial positions in tax departments. Since 2018 she has been working with a law firm as a part of an individual tax practice.

She provides tax advice to Polish and international capital groups, as well as individuals, which run business in Poland and abroad.

She is very knowledgeable in dynamically changing tax regulations, current court decisions and the practice of tax authorities, with a critical (always taking into account the business context and customer safety) approach to the analysis of regulations.
